Welcome! We are the Bushwhacker Climbing Club
The Bushwhacker Climbing Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the greater Seattle area created by Pacific Northwest area climbers. We are a fun, friendly Pacific Northwest climbing club who strive to foster and educate a community that enjoys wilderness adventures. We offer a variety of courses, clinics, club outings, and social events throughout the year.
COVID-19 update 12/20: Due to the continuing pandemic, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel all in-person 2021 events and courses through the winter and spring. This includes our 2021 Basic Glacier Climbing course and our 2021 Wilderness Leadership course. We will hold spots for the students from the 2020 glacier class in the 2022 course, and will open up the remaining spots through our application process in Q1 2022.
